CALL us on 0800 036 1136. We are open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday.
We take your card details simply for security, but deduct nothing from your account, until the 14 day trial period is over. Only then will we take payment if we have not received a return from you. All online transactions are processed directly through a secure bank transaction. BIOlamps never sees or registers any credit card information.
The 14 day free trial offer is open to UK mainland customers only. If you are a customer from mainland Europe, please enquire on 0800 036 1136.
UK customers may also wish to pay by cheque. You will be covered by our 14 day money back guarantee.

Why are you giving me 14 days to try it?
We want you to have enough time to ensure that the BIOlamp works for you. Some people may need to use the lamp a little longer depending on their circumstances. The most important factor to us is that you have plenty of time to prove to yourself that the BIOlamp is improving your situation.
How soon can I get one?
We use the Securicor courier service for all UK orders. Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
We use the UPS courier service for orders to Ireland and the rest of Europe. Most people will receive their lamp within 3 to 4 working days.
Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (or the day following a Bank Holiday).
You can now track your order online. Simply log onto the Securicor tracking site and enter your parcel number, or if you are a customer in Ireland or Europe, log onto the UPS tracking site and enter your tracking number: you will always find the most updated status of your delivery.
What if I am not home when delivery is made?
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times if not successful, each time leaving a card which will have the contact telephone number for Securicor. Please call to arrange re-delivery. If Securicor is unable to deliver the package, they will send it back to the BIOlamps warehouse. We would advise you, therefore, to indicate the delivery address where you are most likely to be (even at your work place, providing the name of the person / company / firm / office where you can receive it).
How can I get replacement mineral plates?
The BIOlamp mineral plate typically lasts 1000 hours or three years of conventional use (if used for one hour per day). If you do wish to replace the plate at the end of three years, a replacement service is provided by us at £60.00 for the BIOlamp Standard and £75.00 for the larger BIOlamp Deluxe lamp.
When I receive it, how will I know how and when to use it?
Every BIOlamp comes with full instructions to guide you and has been designed for ease of use and convenience.
