What happens if I don't want to keep it?
We're so confident in the success of our product that we won't charge
you a penny for the use of the lamp if you return your BIOlamp any time
within 14 days from the date of delivery. Just call us on 0800 036 1136
(lines are open 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday). Your
statutory rights are unaffected.
How should I return it?
First check that your BIOlamp meets these two requirements:
- It's in the same condition in which it was originally sent
- It's in the original packaging
Then please call us on 0800 169 5233 (lines are open 8am-8pm
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday) and we will arrange the return for you
free of charge.
If I decide to keep my BIOlamp after 14 days, do I need to tell you?
No. There's no need to call as the money will be deducted from your card using the details you gave us when you ordered.
Your statutory rights
Where an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, you
have the right to reject it provided you do so reasonably quickly and,
in any event, you have the right to a replacement. You must contact the
customer services number and arrange a free courier pick up service for
the faulty item. These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and
tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
